La d\u00e9cision est tomb\u00e9e le 1er mars dernier. Selon Robert Yambi, avocat de la cha\u00eene, il y a de quoi se r\u00e9jouir apr\u00e8s le verdict final du tribunal qui leur est favorable.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab Le droit vient d\u2019\u00eatre dit par la justice. Nous pensons que la cha\u00eene de t\u00e9l\u00e9vision qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 victime d\u2019une injustice va reprendre normalement les activit\u00e9s dans les prochains jours \u00bb.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Dans ses colonnes du 2 mars, le quotidien camerounais \u00a0\u00bbLe Jour\u00a0\u00bb retrace tous les \u00e9v\u00e8nements qui ont conduit \u00e0 la fermeture des locaux de la cha\u00eene. Les hostilit\u00e9s ont commenc\u00e9 le 4 juin 2015 par une d\u00e9cision du conseil national de la communication (Cnc). Mais la cha\u00eene avait refus\u00e9 de respecter cette d\u00e9cision. Malgr\u00e9 tout cela, elle a continu\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9mettre \u00e0 partir du Cameroun. Face donc \u00e0 cette r\u00e9sistance qui a dur\u00e9 deux mois, en application de l\u2019 \u00ab arr\u00eat \u00bb du Cnc, le 6 ao\u00fbt 2015, des scell\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 appos\u00e9s sur ses portes. Soulignons que malgr\u00e9 la fermeture de la cha\u00eene au Cameroun, ses administrateurs se sont arrang\u00e9s \u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle continue d\u2019\u00e9mettre mais cette fois-ci \u00e0 partir de la Guin\u00e9e \u00e9quatoriale et du Tchad.<\/p>\n<p>On assiste au premier rebondissement de l\u2019affaire en d\u00e9but du mois d\u2019octobre de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2015. Le ministre de la communication (mincom), Issa Tchiroma Bakary va demander que la suspension soit lev\u00e9e au moyen d\u2019une correspondance adress\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019ex-pr\u00e9sident de la Cnc Peter Essoka . Une requ\u00eate mal appr\u00e9ci\u00e9e par la Cnc.. Le Conseil a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu\u2019il n\u2019\u00e9tait pas du ressort du mincom de prendre une pareille d\u00e9cision.
