700 millions d\u2019euros, c\u2019est la somme que la commission de l\u2019union europ\u00e9enne mobilisera jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la fin de la p\u00e9riode budg\u00e9taire septennale en cours c’est-\u00e0-dire, sur l’ann\u00e9e actuelle, et sur les deux suivantes.<\/p>\n

Cette somme est destin\u00e9e aux \u00c9tats membres qui sont en premi\u00e8re ligne face \u00e0 l’afflux de migrants, comme la Gr\u00e8ce, pays dans lequel 10 000 personnes sont toujours bloqu\u00e9es \u00e0 la fronti\u00e8re mac\u00e9donienne, dans des conditions extr\u00eamement difficiles.<\/p>\n

Pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 de cette somme serait disponible imm\u00e9diatement. Cette d\u00e9cision, correspond \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s \u00e0 la fois \u00e0 l’urgence et au souhait de la partie grecque.<\/p>\n

Compte tenu du nombre de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s sur le territoire grecque, le pays semble ne plus pouvoir g\u00e9rer la masse de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s arriv\u00e9s sur son sol. Le camp d’Idomeni, \u00e0 la fronti\u00e8re avec la Mac\u00e9doine, illustre bien les besoins du pays. Dimensionn\u00e9 pour 1600 personnes, il en accueille pr\u00e8s de 10 000.
