Si on a avait pr\u00e9dit une \u00e9lection qui servirait d&rsquo;exemple en Afrique, le message que vient d&rsquo;envoyer Mahamane Ousmane, adversaire du candidat de Mahamadou Issoufou, pr\u00e9figure une crise post-\u00e9lectorale.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mahamane Ousmane, principal challenger de Mohamed Bazoum candidat du parti au pouvoir n&rsquo;a plus confiance aux institutions en charge des \u00e9lections au Niger. Dans un communiqu\u00e9 lu par son Directeur de campagne, le mardi 23 f\u00e9vrier, il a d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 <em>\u00ab\u00a0un hold-up \u00e9lectoral\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> en cours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il a demand\u00e9 la suspension imm\u00e9diate de la proclamation des r\u00e9sultats. Mahamane Ousmane pose cet acte au moment o\u00f9 les r\u00e9sultats d\u00e9livr\u00e9s par la Commission \u00e9lectorale donne une large avance \u00e0 Mohamed Bazoum.<em> \u00a0\u00bb Je demande \u00e0 tous les Nig\u00e9riens de se mobiliser comme un seul homme pour faire \u00e9chec \u00e0 ce hold-up \u00e9lectoral\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> a dit Falck\u00e9 Bacharou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon les premiers r\u00e9sultats, Mohamed Bazoum remporterait le second tour de la pr\u00e9sidentielle avec plus de 55% des voix. La CENI l&rsquo;a d&rsquo;ailleurs cr\u00e9dit\u00e9 de 55,75 des suffrages exprim\u00e9s. Ce que rejette vigoureusement l&rsquo;opposition nig\u00e9rienne.
