{"id":255466,"date":"2021-02-19T08:42:48","date_gmt":"2021-02-19T08:42:48","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/?p=255466"},"modified":"2021-02-19T08:43:03","modified_gmt":"2021-02-19T08:43:03","slug":"une-jeune-fille-atteinte-dune-maladie-rare-mange-une-boule-de-cheveux-de-19-pouces","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/une-jeune-fille-atteinte-dune-maladie-rare-mange-une-boule-de-cheveux-de-19-pouces\/","title":{"rendered":"Une jeune fille atteinte d\u2019une maladie rare mange une boule de cheveux de 19 pouces"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au Royaume-Uni, une jeune fille atteinte du syndrome de Rapunzel a d\u00fb subir une op\u00e9ration de l&rsquo;estomac pour se faire retirer une boule de cheveux de 19 pouces de long.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le syndrome de Rapunzel est une maladie mentale qui pousse une personne \u00e0 consommer de fa\u00e7on compulsive ses propres cheveux, ce qui entra\u00eene un blocage intestinal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans le cas de cette adolescente, elle s\u2019est retrouv\u00e9e avec une d\u00e9chirure \u00e0 l&rsquo;estomac apr\u00e8s que la boule de poils ait d\u00e9chir\u00e9 la paroi de son estomac, selon ScienceAlert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s s\u2019\u00eatre \u00e9vanouie deux fois, la jeune fille de 17 ans a eu le visage meurtri et a \u00e9t\u00e9 hospitalis\u00e9e dans un h\u00f4pital o\u00f9 les professionnels ont \u00e9cart\u00e9 la possibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un traumatisme cr\u00e2nien en raison de son abdomen hypertrophi\u00e9 et de ses douleurs au ventre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un scanner a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 une grosse masse \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de son \u00ab&nbsp;estomac tr\u00e8s distendu&nbsp;\u00bb et une d\u00e9chirure de la paroi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les m\u00e9decins ont \u00e9galement d\u00e9couvert que la jeune fille avait des ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents de trichotillomanie, une maladie qui vous pousse \u00e0 arracher vos cheveux, et de trichophagie, une maladie qui vous pousse \u00e0 manger vos cheveux de fa\u00e7on compulsive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces deux maladies sont extr\u00eamement rares, selon ScienceAlert. 0,5 % et 3 % des personnes souffrent de trichotillomanie et seulement 10 \u00e0 30 % de ces cas d\u00e9velopperont une trichophagie. Et seulement 1 % des personnes atteintes des deux finissent par d\u00e9velopper le syndrome de Rapunzel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s avoir retir\u00e9 la boule de cheveux qui avait \u00ab&nbsp;form\u00e9 un pl\u00e2tre de tout l&rsquo;estomac&nbsp;\u00bb, les m\u00e9decins ont cousu la d\u00e9chirure.
