La lettre que le Ministre Sansan Kambil\u00e9 adresse aux magistrats est sans \u00e9quivoque<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les magistrats ivoiriens sont loin d&rsquo;\u00eatre des mod\u00e8les. En tout cas pour certains d&rsquo;entre eux, il est clair qu&rsquo;ils ne pr\u00eachent pas par l&rsquo;exemple. C&rsquo;est leur hi\u00e9rarchie qui le rel\u00e8ve dans une lettre au vitriol. Selon un courrier du ministre du 12 janvier 2021, d&rsquo;\u00e9normes dysfonctionnements minent le syst\u00e8me judicaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Entre autres dysfonctionnements, le ministre a not\u00e9 que des juges sont indisciplin\u00e9s dans leur fa\u00e7on de tenir leurs emplois et leurs juridictions. Ils sont tr\u00e8s souvent absents sans que leur hi\u00e9rarchie ne leur donne une demande d&rsquo;explication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ensuite, le ministre indique que des magistrats signent des ordres de mise en libert\u00e9 et des casiers judiciaires qui sont remplis par les greffiers, lorsque ces magistrats s&rsquo;absentent sans raison. En outre, il r\u00e9v\u00e8le que des magistrats s&rsquo;habillent comme des badauds pour se rendre au travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enfin, le document montre que des magistrats contre qui des plaintes sont lanc\u00e9es ne sont nullement inqui\u00e9t\u00e9s. Sans compter la couverture qu&rsquo;ils offrent \u00e0 des d\u00e9marcheurs au sein des tribunaux.
