Depuis le 26 d\u00e9cembre dernier, la r\u00e9publique alpine est entr\u00e9e dans un troisi\u00e8me confinement dont la sortie ne sera pas annonc\u00e9e de sit\u00f4t. Certaines mesures sont m\u00eame plus dures qu\u2019en France: les \u00e9coles et les commerces non essentiels sont ferm\u00e9s et, depuis lundi 25\u00a0janvier, un masque de type FFP2 est obligatoire dans les supermarch\u00e9s ou les transports.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toujours dans la perspective de s\u00e9curiser les populations contre la pand\u00e9mie, les autorit\u00e9s ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 que les sorties hors du domicile sans motif valable sont m\u00eame interdites vingt-quatre\u00a0heures sur vingt-quatre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toutefois, l&rsquo;exception pr\u00e9vue par le gouvernement qui ne cesse de susciter le d\u00e9bat dans ce pays de 8,8\u00a0millions d\u2019habitants\u00a0c&rsquo;est le droit d\u2019aller faire du ski.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En Autriche, la neige est \u00e0 la fois un pilier de l\u2019identit\u00e9 nationale et une source de revenus importante, les stations ont en effet gard\u00e9 le droit d\u2019ouvrir leurs portes. Par contre en France, en Allemagne, ou en Italie c&rsquo;est tout le contraire\u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0Personne ne se contamine en faisant du ski\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, a  martel\u00e9 le mercredi 27\u00a0janvier, G\u00fcnther Platter le pr\u00e9sident du Land du Tyrol, la r\u00e9gion la plus d\u00e9pendante du tourisme et des sports d\u2019hiver, <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">M\u00eame si l&rsquo;\u2019Autriche a \u00e9t\u00e9 secou\u00e9e par l\u2019\u00e9pisode d\u2019Ischgl, cette station surnomm\u00e9e \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019Ibiza des Alpes\u00a0\u00bb o\u00f9 des milliers de touristes de toute l\u2019Europe se sont contamin\u00e9s en f\u00e9vrier et mars\u00a02020, le lobby du ski l\u2019a encore une fois emport\u00e9. Vienne a seulement d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019imposer une quarantaine aux voyageurs, d\u2019interdire les nuit\u00e9es touristiques dans les h\u00f4tels pour d\u00e9courager les skieurs \u00e9trangers\u2026 et de rendre le FFP2 obligatoire sur les pistes\u00a0!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cela n\u2019emp\u00eache pas les embouteillages dans les stations aux alentours de la capitale tous les week-ends, \u00e0 tel point qu\u2019un syst\u00e8me de quota a \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place apr\u00e8s la publication de photos montrant des stations bond\u00e9es. Mais, surtout, pas une seule journ\u00e9e ne se passe sans qu\u2019une nouvelle anecdote d\u00e9montre que ces r\u00e8gles sont facilement contournables. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mercredi 27&nbsp;janvier, toute la presse autrichienne reprenait ainsi le cri d\u2019alarme du maire de Sankt Anton-am-Arlberg, 2&nbsp;372 habitants permanents, mais beaucoup plus l\u2019hiver, d\u00e9non\u00e7ant la pr\u00e9sence&nbsp;<em>\u00ab&nbsp;de dizaines de jeunes Anglais, Su\u00e9dois et Danois&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>&nbsp;venus<em>&nbsp;\u00ab&nbsp;faire du ski et la f\u00eate&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>&nbsp;dans sa commune du Tyrol. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>\u00ab&nbsp;Apparemment, des conseils circulent sur Internet sur la mani\u00e8re de contourner les interdictions et de se rendre \u00e0 Sankt Anton sans \u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9, notamment en train depuis Z\u00fcrich&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>, affirme Helmut Mall dans le&nbsp;Tiroler Tageszeitung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cr\u00e9dit photo: Le Monde<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L\u2019Autriche est touch\u00e9e durement par le Covid-19 comme on l&rsquo;observe \u00e9galement dans plusieurs autres pays europ\u00e9ens.
