Ce qu&rsquo;il conteste et qui montre que la guerre Kabila-Tshis\u00e9k\u00e9di monte en r\u00e9gime.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">367 des 382 d\u00e9put\u00e9s pr\u00e9sents \u00e0 la pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re du 27 janvier 2021 ont vot\u00e9 la destitution du gouvernement Ilunkamba. Seulement 7 ont vot\u00e9 contre la motion quand deux d\u00e9put\u00e9s se sont, eux, abstenus. Ce vote est intervenu \u00e0 la suite d\u2019une motion de censure sign\u00e9e par plus de 300 des 500 d\u00e9put\u00e9s de l\u2019Assembl\u00e9e nationale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Premier ministre qui a d\u00e9sormais vingt-quatre heures pour remettre sa d\u00e9mission et celle de son gouvernement au pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique est plut\u00f4t dans la contestation de cette destitution. Dans une lettre qu&rsquo;il a transmise au Bureau d\u2019\u00e2ge de la chambre basse du parlement, il fait comprendre le bureau d\u00e9finitif n\u2019avait pas pour comp\u00e9tence de faire examiner une motion. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aux accusations de mauvaise gestion, le Premier Ministre destitu\u00e9 r\u00e9pond que \u00ab\u00a0<em>les caisses de l&rsquo;\u00c9tat \u00e9taient quasiment vides, les r\u00e9serves de change \u00e9rod\u00e9es et le Franc congolais battait de l&rsquo;aile\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em> Pour le Premier ministre proche de Joseph Kabila, sa destitution <em>\u00ab\u00a0n\u2019est qu\u2019une man\u0153uvre politicienne sans fondement factuel et au m\u00e9pris des exigences de l\u2019Etat de droit\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O\u00f9 s&rsquo;arr\u00eatera l&rsquo;escalade entre Tshis\u00e9k\u00e9di et Kabila avec cet \u00e9ni\u00e8me \u00e9pisode ?
