Le principal leader de l&rsquo;opposition a aussi d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 la corruption li\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019attribution des proc\u00e9dures des march\u00e9s publics.<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans son discours du 31 d\u00e9cembre, Maurice Kamto a tacl\u00e9 le r\u00e9gime Biya concernant&nbsp; la construction des infrastructures routi\u00e8res au Cameroun. \u00ab&nbsp;<em>Les d\u00e9sillusions des projets structurants qui sont autant de grands \u00e9checs l\u00e0 o\u00f9 l\u2019on attendait de grandes r\u00e9alisations, de grandes r\u00e9ussites et les grandes opportunit\u00e9s que sais-je encore, en vu d\u2019une \u00e9mergence fantasm\u00e9e, ont achev\u00e9 de d\u00e9nuder un r\u00e9gime autiste, pr\u00e9dateur vorace et sans boussole. \u00c0 l\u2019heure du bilan, on doit se contenter du n\u00e9ant<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb, d\u00e9clare le pr\u00e9sident du MRC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Et les camerounais n\u2019ont que leurs larmes devant la sur\u00e9valuation des co\u00fbts des projets et le d\u00e9passement des d\u00e9lais dans la r\u00e9alisation des infrastructures voir l\u2019abandon de certaines d\u2019entre elles dans la for\u00eat des chim\u00e8res. Qu\u2019il me suffise ici de citer en mati\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9nergie le projet de barrage de Bini warak dont les travaux sont bloqu\u00e9s depuis 2018 en raison de l\u2019incapacit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9tat du Cameroun \u00e0 verser les 4 milliards de Francs CFA de frais d\u2019assurance sur l\u2019emprunt obtenu aupr\u00e8s du bailleur chinois. La palme d\u2019or du r\u00e9gime pour le co\u00fbt au kilom\u00e8tre de route le plus cher au Monde<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb, poursuit-il.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab\u00a0<em>7 milliards de francs CFA au Cameroun contre environ 2 milliards de francs CFA en moyenne selon les donn\u00e9es de la Banque Mondiale. L\u2019autoroute Yaound\u00e9 Douala commenc\u00e9 en 2014 et 11 km de la route Yaound\u00e9 Nsimalen entam\u00e9 la m\u00eame ann\u00e9e demeurent des arl\u00e9sienne. La fin de la construction est annonc\u00e9e en 2024 et entre temps, le co\u00fbt de la construction de chaque kilom\u00e8tre passera \u00e0 42 milliards de Francs CFA<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il ajout\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Un nouveau record absolu. Oui mes chers compatriotes, pendant que quelques-uns s\u2019enrichissent par la corruption, le client\u00e9lisme et la gabegie institutionnalis\u00e9e par l\u2019\u00e9tat Rdpc, La paup\u00e9risation de la grande majorit\u00e9 des camerounais s\u2019accentue.&nbsp; Le rapport sur l\u2019indice de d\u00e9veloppement humain 2020 publi\u00e9 par le programme des Nations Unies pour le D\u00e9veloppement qui analyse les donn\u00e9es couvrant l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2019 donc avant l\u2019apparition de la Covid 19 est r\u00e9v\u00e9lateur \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard.
