Une altercation verbale s\u2019est produite hier jeudi 11 f\u00e9vrier, lors du onzi\u00e8me jour du proc\u00e8s conjoint de Laurent Gbagbo et Bl\u00e9 Goud\u00e9 \u00e0 la CPI, nous r\u00e9v\u00e8le le site koaci.com. L\u2019origine du clash selon le m\u00eame m\u00e9dia, proviendrait de l\u2019usage du terme \u00ab pr\u00e9sident Gbagbo \u00bb par la d\u00e9fense. L\u2019accusation s\u2019est offusqu\u00e9e sur l\u2019utilisation de ce terme lorsque la d\u00e9fense intervenait pour identifier son client.
\n\u00ab Il est vrai que la question concernait surtout les \u00e9critures, mais nous pensons que ceci devrait \u00e9galement s\u2019appliquer \u00e0 la prise de parole dans le pr\u00e9toire \u00bb, a souhait\u00e9 le bureau du procureur.
\nAllant dans le m\u00eame sens que l\u2019accusation, le juge a indiqu\u00e9 que la d\u00e9fense devrait s\u2019abstenir d\u2019utiliser le terme \u00ab Pr\u00e9sident Gbagbo \u00bb lors de sa prise de parole.<\/p>\n

\u00ab Tant que la d\u00e9cision n\u2019aura pas \u00e9t\u00e9 prise, je vais vous demander de bien vouloir ne pas utiliser le terme pr\u00e9sident Gbagbo, la d\u00e9cision sera prise par la suite. Je pense que pour l\u2019instant cela suffit \u00bb, d\u00e9clare Cuno Tarfusser.
\nLa d\u00e9fense pour sa part, \u00e0 travers la voix de maitre Emmanuel Altit a fait savoir \u00e0 la cour que dans la culture fran\u00e7aise, un ancien pr\u00e9sident ou un haut magistrat conserve son titre m\u00eame lorsqu\u2019il n\u2019est plus en fonction. D\u00e8s lors, ne pas utiliser le terme \u00ab pr\u00e9sident Gbagbo \u00bb, c\u2019est une fa\u00e7on de \u00ab s\u2019attaquer \u00e0 la l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 de son action, c\u2019est consid\u00e9rer qu\u2019il n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu par le peuple ivoirien \u00bb.<\/p>\n
