Le mercredi 10 f\u00e9vrier, le procureur du tribunal sp\u00e9cial africain qui juge l\u2019ex-pr\u00e9sident tchadien Hiss\u00e8ne Habr\u00e9 \u00e0 Dakar a demand\u00e9 sa condamnation \u00e0 perp\u00e9tuit\u00e9 pour crimes contre l\u2019humanit\u00e9, crimes de guerre et torture.
\nIl compara\u00eet devant les Chambres africaines extraordinaires (CAE), juridiction cr\u00e9\u00e9e en vertu d\u2019un accord entre le S\u00e9n\u00e9gal et l\u2019Union africaine (UA), qu\u2019il r\u00e9cuse et devant laquelle il refuse de s\u2019exprimer et de se d\u00e9fendre, une t\u00e2che confi\u00e9e par les CAE \u00e0 trois avocats commis d\u2019office.
\nLors du r\u00e9quisitoire, qui a dur\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de sept heures, quatre membres du parquet se sont relay\u00e9s, dont le procureur sp\u00e9cial Mback\u00e9 Fall, qui a demand\u00e9 \u00ab une condamnation \u00e0 la hauteur des crimes \u00bb dont est reconnu coupable Hiss\u00e8ne Habr\u00e9, qualifi\u00e9 de \u00ab v\u00e9ritable chef de service \u00bb de l\u2019appareil de r\u00e9pression sous son r\u00e9gime (1982-1990).
\nLe procureur Mback\u00e9 Fall a consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme une \u00ab circonstance aggravante \u00bb le silence de l\u2019accus\u00e9 pendant tout le proc\u00e8s, y voyant une \u00ab l\u00e2chet\u00e9 \u00bb envers les victimes, \u00ab plus qu\u2019une strat\u00e9gie de d\u00e9fense \u00bb.
\nLe Tchadien Souleymane Guengueng, pr\u00e9sident fondateur de l\u2019Association des victimes de crimes du r\u00e9gime de Hiss\u00e8ne Habr\u00e9 (AVCRHH), a exprim\u00e9 apr\u00e8s le r\u00e9quisitoire \u00ab un sentiment de victoire et de joie: enfin, celui qui s\u2019est fait passer pour un Dieu va r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir et savoir que ce qu\u2019il a fait est mauvais \u00bb.
\nIl faut rappeler que Hiss\u00e8ne Habr\u00e9 est d\u00e9tenu depuis le 30 juin 2013 au S\u00e9n\u00e9gal, o\u00f9 il avait trouv\u00e9 refuge en d\u00e9cembre 1990 apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 renvers\u00e9 par l\u2019actuel pr\u00e9sident tchadien Idriss Deby Itno.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
