Le 15 d\u00e9cembre 2020, le Pr\u00e9sident de la CPI, le juge nig\u00e9rian Chile  Eboe-Osuji a rendu une d\u00e9cision en faveur de Me Altit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L&rsquo;avocat de Laurent Gbagbo avait, le 10 d\u00e9cembre 2020, d\u00e9pos\u00e9 une requ\u00eate aux fins d&rsquo;un d\u00e9classement d&rsquo;un document confidentiel en document public. Le document ( ICC-02\/15  11-01\/ 15-1374, conf ) \u00e9tait une demande de la d\u00e9fense visant \u00e0 \u00eatre autoris\u00e9e \u00e0 compl\u00e9ter les \u00e9l\u00e9ments de la d\u00e9fense de Laurent Gbagbo, concernant l&rsquo;Appel du Procureur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C&rsquo;est \u00e0 cette demande que le Pr\u00e9sident de la CPI a r\u00e9pondu favorablement depuis le 15 d\u00e9cembre 2020.
