Lundi 30 novembre, Sarkozy, me Thierry Herzog et le magistrat Gilbert Azibert devront commencer \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux juges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En effet, apr\u00e8s une expertise m\u00e9dicale, Gilbert Azibert a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9clar\u00e9 apte \u00e0 compara\u00eetre et devra se rendre au tribunal judiciaire de Paris. Le co-accus\u00e9 de Sarkozy avait introduit un recours visant \u00e0 obtenir un renvoi de l&rsquo;ouverture de l&rsquo;audience. Mieux, il aurait souhait\u00e9 dans sa requ\u00eate ne pas participer en personne \u00e0 son proc\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les Juges se basant sur les r\u00e9sultats de l&rsquo;expertise m\u00e9dicale ont plut\u00f4t exig\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il se pr\u00e9sente en personne lors du proc\u00e8s le 30 novembre.
