L&rsquo;ancien chef de l&rsquo;Etat accompagn\u00e9 sur le banc des pr\u00e9venus par Me Thierry Herzog, son avocat, et par l&rsquo;ancien haut magistrat Gilbert Azibert, devient le premier pr\u00e9sident \u00e0 compara\u00eetre devant un tribunal en personne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce dossier d\u00e9bute en 2013, lorsque les enqu\u00eateurs d\u00e9couvrent que deux lignes aliment\u00e9es par des puces pr\u00e9pay\u00e9es ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mises en service et qu&rsquo;elles servent quasi exclusivement aux \u00e9changes entre Nicolas Sarkozy et son avocat Me Thierry Herzog. Ces derniers essayaient de communiquer \u00e0 l&rsquo;insu de tous en pleine affaire du financement libyen de la campagne de Sarkozy en 2007.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sous le pseudonyme de Paul Bismuth, Sarkozy t\u00e9l\u00e9phonait alors r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement \u00e0 son avocat d&rsquo;ami. Les deux personnes \u00e9changeaient bien souvent sur des dossiers en instruction. Une violation du secret de l&rsquo;instruction que des \u00e9coutes ont pu relever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mais, le proc\u00e8s de Sarkozy pourrait \u00eatre ajourn\u00e9 du fait de l&rsquo;\u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 d&rsquo;un des pr\u00e9venus, le magistrat Gilbert Azibert.
