Le monument a plus de 36 m\u00e8tres de haut. On observe Mao Zedong, fondateur de la Chine moderne, assis majestueusement. Cette g\u00e9ante statue est faite d&rsquo;acier et de b\u00e9ton et est recouvert d&rsquo;une couleur dor\u00e9e. Son estimation est \u00e9valu\u00e9e \u00e0 400 mille euros. Les travaux ont dur\u00e9 seulement neuf mois et ont pris fin en d\u00e9cembre 2015, et la statue a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e lundi dernier \u00e0 la presse chinoise.<br \/>\nEn d\u00e9pit du reproche accusant le dirigeant chinois d&rsquo;avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 un sanguinaire sans foi ni loi, la Chine lui voue une d\u00e9votion sans pareil. Les reproches aussi viennent du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des villageois, qui se plaignent de la famine et de plusieurs autres souffrances, de l<span class=\"s2\">\u2019<\/span><span class=\"s1\">oubli quotidien de l<\/span><span class=\"s2\">\u2019<\/span><span class=\"s1\">Etat.
