{"id":225821,"date":"2020-09-14T21:03:30","date_gmt":"2020-09-14T21:03:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/?p=225821"},"modified":"2020-09-15T08:18:23","modified_gmt":"2020-09-15T08:18:23","slug":"cote-divoire-election-presidentielle-de-2020-candidats-retenus-conseil-constitutionnel","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/cote-divoire-election-presidentielle-de-2020-candidats-retenus-conseil-constitutionnel\/","title":{"rendered":"C\u00f4te d&rsquo;Ivoire \/ Election pr\u00e9sidentielle 2020 : Guillaume Soro r\u00e9agit apr\u00e8s le rejet de sa candidature"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La liste d\u00e9finitive des candidats retenus pour participer \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle prochaine a \u00e9t\u00e9 rendue publique ce lundi par le conseil constitutionnel. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C&rsquo;est sur les antennes de la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision nationale, ce lundi 14 septembre que le pr\u00e9sident du conseil constitutionnel a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 \u00e0 la face du monde la liste des potentiels candidats qui participeront \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidentielle du 31 octobre prochain. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les candidats retenus par le conseil conseil constitutionnel sont entre autres :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Le Pr\u00e9sident sortant, candidat du Rassemblement des Houphou\u00ebtistes pour la D\u00e9mocratie et la Paix (RHDP) Alassane Ouattara, il est n\u00e9 le 01\/01\/1942 \u00e0 Dimbokro, et est \u00c9conomiste. <\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Le pr\u00e9sident du Parti D\u00e9mocratique de C\u00f4te d&rsquo;Ivoire (PDCI-RDA), chef de fil de l&rsquo;opposition compos\u00e9e de 17 partis politiques et ancien pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, Henri Konan B\u00e9di\u00e9. Il est n\u00e9 le 04\/01\/1934 \u00e0 Dadi\u00e9kro. Il est planteur<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Le candidat du Front Populaire Ivoirien (FPI), ancien premier ministre et r\u00e9put\u00e9 proche du r\u00e9gime en place, Pascal Affi N&rsquo;guessan. Il est n\u00e9 le 01\/01\/1953 \u00e0 Bouadikro et est Ing\u00e9nieur des T\u00e9l\u00e9communications, il a par ailleurs \u00e9t\u00e9 candidat perdant \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle de 2015<\/li><li>La quatri\u00e8me personne \u00e0 \u00eatre sur la liste des candidats retenus est l&rsquo;ancien pr\u00e9sident de la jeunesse du Parti D\u00e9mocratique de C\u00f4te d&rsquo;Ivoire (PDCI-RDA), ancien d\u00e9put\u00e9 de la commune de Port-Bou\u00ebt et candidat perdant lors de l&rsquo;\u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle de 2015, Kouadio Konan Bertin dit KKB. N\u00e9 le 26\/12\/1968 \u00e0 Krikpoko\/Lakota, il est planteur. Il va \u00e0 ces \u00e9lections en Ind\u00e9pendant.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il faut par ailleurs noter que les candidatures de Guillaume Soro, ancien chef rebelle et ex-Premier ministre, et de l&rsquo;ex-pr\u00e9sident Laurent Gbagbo ont \u00e9t\u00e9 jug\u00e9es lundi 14\u00a0septembre\u00a0irrecevables par le\u00a0Conseil constitutionnel en vue de la pr\u00e9sidentielle ivoirienne pr\u00e9vue le 31 octobre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Guillaume Soro r\u00e9agit apr\u00e8s le rejet de sa candidature<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bb Je conteste vigoureusement la d\u00e9cision injuste et infond\u00e9e prise ce lundi 14 septembre 2020 par le Conseil Constitutionnel. Je consid\u00e8re que c\u2019est une d\u00e9cision inique, politiquement motiv\u00e9e, juridiquement boiteuse et qui s\u2019inscrit dans une logique d\u2019an\u00e9antissement de la d\u00e9mocratie et l\u2019Etat de droit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Conseil Constitutionnel sous Mamadou Kon\u00e9 vient ainsi de cautionner, et cela sans surprise, la forfaiture et le parjure de M. Alassane Ouattara, consacrant ainsi la soumission du Droit et de la Justice \u00e0 la f\u00e9rule du RHDP et de son Pr\u00e9sident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous ne pouvons accepter ce Coup d\u2019Etat act\u00e9 par le Conseil constitutionnel. Dans ces circonstances, j\u2019annonce que nous engagerons une \u00e9tape nouvelle de notre combat pour la d\u00e9mocratie dans notre pays. Elle sera \u00e2pre mais nous la gagnerons sans aucun doute. \u00a0\u00bb soutient Guillaume Kigbafori Soro<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Notons que le conseil constitutionnel a re\u00e7u 44 dossiers de candidature et ce sont les dossiers des quatre personnalit\u00e9s cit\u00e9es ci-dessus qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 retenus. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comme rappel, ce lundi matin les manifestations contre la volont\u00e9 du Chef de l&rsquo;Etat Alassane Ouattara de briguer un autre mandat ont \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9es dans certaines localit\u00e9s du pays.
