Un homme chinois du nom de , Sun Qiang, a \u00e9t\u00e9 enr\u00f4l\u00e9 comme chef du d\u00e9veloppement (Nkosuohene) de Kwahu-Abetifi, une ville de la r\u00e9gion orientale du Ghana.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le titre Nkosuohene est souvent donn\u00e9 \u00e0 des non-royaux, qui pourraient \u00eatre des politiciens ou des touristes engag\u00e9s dans le d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c0 Kwaju-Abetifi, ce titre a \u00e9t\u00e9 conf\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 un Chinois, et certains Ghan\u00e9ens ne sont pas aussi enthousiasm\u00e9s par cette d\u00e9marche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Selon la coutume, Sun Qiang, apr\u00e8s son enr\u00f4lement, a re\u00e7u un nom de tabouret traditionnel – Barima Kofi Ayeboafo. Le nom Ayeboafo au Ghana signifie litt\u00e9ralement \u00ab celui qui a fait quelque chose pour le bien des autres \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Un grand durbar a eu lieu samedi au palais Kwawu-Abetifi pour d\u00e9voiler officiellement Sun Qiang en tant que Nkosuohene nouvellement enr\u00f4l\u00e9 de la zone traditionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Des photos aper\u00e7ues sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux montrent que Sun Qian est port\u00e9 \u00e0 hauteur d’\u00e9paule par des jeunes hommes d’Abetifi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le titre Nkosuohene a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 1985 par feu Asantehene, Otumfuo Opoku Ware II, \u00ab comme catalyseur du d\u00e9veloppement \u00e0 Kumasi [capitale de la r\u00e9gion Ashanti du Ghana] et au-del\u00e0 \u00bb,<\/em> selon George M. Bob-Milliar dans le livre Chieftaincy, Diaspora et d\u00e9veloppement : l’institution de Nkosuohene au Ghana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Milliar ajoute que \u00ab\u00a0depuis les ann\u00e9es 1990, des centaines d’Afro-Am\u00e9ricains et quelques Occidentaux blancs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 honor\u00e9s de divers titres royaux.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fondamentalement, ce n’est pas la premi\u00e8re fois qu’un \u00e9tranger se voit attribuer un tel titre, cependant, la s\u00e9lection d’un Chinois est toujours mitig\u00e9e pour plusieurs personnes, car les Chinois sont accus\u00e9s de s’emparer lentement du continent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Chine se d\u00e9crit comme un ami de l’Afrique car elle offre strat\u00e9giquement un coup de main dans le d\u00e9veloppement des infrastructures du continent tout en se positionnant comme une superpuissance mondiale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le pays asiatique a gagn\u00e9 le c\u0153ur de nombreux dirigeants africains et organismes continentaux avec ses nombreux projets g\u00e9n\u00e9reux qui ont soulev\u00e9 des sourcils parmi la communaut\u00e9 internationale et les cyniques qui pr\u00e9tendent que l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de la Chine pour le continent est de surcharger les pays de dettes pour permettre la n\u00e9o-colonisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre autres, la Chine a construit le si\u00e8ge de l’Union africaine de 200 millions de dollars \u00e0 Addis-Abeba, en \u00c9thiopie, en 2012, sans frais pour l’organisme continental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Chine a r\u00e9cemment offert 6 millions de dollars \u00e0 l’\u00c9thiopie pour lancer son premier satellite dans l’espace en septembre 2019. Elle offrira \u00e9galement une formation avant le lancement du satellite qui se fera depuis la Chine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le S\u00e9n\u00e9gal a ouvert le 6 d\u00e9cembre le plus grand mus\u00e9e de la civilisation noire au monde dans la capitale, Dakar, apr\u00e8s 52 ans d\u2019attente faute de financement.  La Chine a donn\u00e9 34,6 millions de dollars pour que le r\u00eave du premier pr\u00e9sident du pays, L\u00e9opold Sedar Senghor, se r\u00e9alise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
