Cette nouvelle a \u00e9t\u00e9 officialis\u00e9e \u00e0 la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision nationale par le secr\u00e9taire permanent du minist\u00e8re de l\u2019\u00c9ducation nationale et de la Formation professionnelle,\u00a0Sifuni Mchome, rapporte africanewshub.com, le 12 d\u00e9cembre dernier. Il a aussi mentionn\u00e9 que le nouveau syst\u00e8me annulerait des examens nationaux pour l\u2019\u00e9cole primaire, d\u00e9sormais, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves tanzaniens auront leurs examens finaux apr\u00e8s 11 ans dans le cursus\u00a0primaire et secondaire.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs,\u00a0l\u2019enseignement secondaire et primaire sera totalement gratuit pour les \u00e9coles g\u00e9r\u00e9es par l\u2019\u00c9tat. La r\u00e9forme vise aussi \u00e0 rendre les dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s tanzaniens d\u00e9j\u00e0 performants et op\u00e9rationnels, d\u00e8s leur sortie du nouveau cycle des enseignements. Soulignons que le swahili a \u00e9t\u00e9 choisi par l\u2019Union africaine (UA), comme une cinqui\u00e8me langue de travail de l\u2019institution panafricaine, mais dans les faits, cela peine \u00e0 se mat\u00e9rialiser*.<\/p>\n<p>Dans ce contexte, une r\u00e9forme de l\u2019\u00e9ducation comme celle qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 annonc\u00e9e par les autorit\u00e9s tanzaniennes, et visant \u00e0 favoriser une langue africaine, ne peut \u00eatre suivie que de pr\u00e8s.
