Engag\u00e9s depuis la matin\u00e9e de ce mardi 18 ao\u00fbt 2020, ces hommes arm\u00e9s agissent par des coups de feu et arrestations des membres du gouvernement du pr\u00e9sident IBK. Ce dernier vient de s\u2019exprimer pour la premi\u00e8re fois depuis le d\u00e9but de la situation, par le biais d\u2019un communiqu\u00e9 sign\u00e9 par son Premier ministre Boubou Ciss\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le gouvernement malien demande aux militaires qui ont pris mardi le contr\u00f4le d\u2019une garnison dans la banlieue de Bamako de <em>\u00ab faire taire les armes \u00bb,<\/em> s\u2019engageant pour un <em>\u00ab dialogue fraternel afin de lever tous les malentendus \u00bb,<\/em> a indiqu\u00e9 dans un communiqu\u00e9 le Premier ministre Boubou Ciss\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u00ab Les mouvements d\u2019humeur constat\u00e9s traduisent une certaine frustration qui peut avoir des causes l\u00e9gitimes \u00bb,<\/em> a soutenu le gouvernement dans un communiqu\u00e9 reconnaissant les troubles dans le pays depuis ce matin. Des tirs entendus dans la ville garnison de Kati \u00e0 15 kilom\u00e8tres de Bamako, plusieurs acteurs du r\u00e9gime IBK ont \u00e9t\u00e9 Arr\u00eat\u00e9s, parmi ceux-ci, le chef d\u2019Etat major et son DAF, le ministre des finances\u2026 Tout pour faire croire \u00e0 un coup de force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u00ab Ce matin, des militaires en col\u00e8re ont pris les armes au camp de Kati et ont tir\u00e9 en l\u2019air. Ils \u00e9taient nombreux et tr\u00e8s nerveux \u00bb,<\/em> a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019AFP un m\u00e9decin de l\u2019h\u00f4pital de Kati. <em>\u00ab \u00c7a tire, \u00e7a tire en l\u2019air \u00e0 Kati. Ce sont des militaires \u00bb,<\/em> a confirm\u00e9 une sources s\u00e9curitaire malienne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A la t\u00eate de ces mouvements, on reconnait le Colonel Sadio Camara, ex-directeur du Prytan\u00e9e militaire de Kati, fraichement rentr\u00e9 d\u2019une formation en Russie et le Colonel DIAW de la R\u00e9gion militaire de Kati.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le gouvernement malien semble tendre la mains aux mutins.
