{"id":219418,"date":"2020-08-11T14:17:22","date_gmt":"2020-08-11T14:17:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/?p=219418"},"modified":"2020-08-11T14:17:35","modified_gmt":"2020-08-11T14:17:35","slug":"la-covid-19-savere-exceptionnellement-difficile-a-arreter-oms","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/la-covid-19-savere-exceptionnellement-difficile-a-arreter-oms\/","title":{"rendered":"La Covid-19 s&rsquo;av\u00e8re exceptionnellement difficile \u00e0 arr\u00eater &#8211; OMS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>L&rsquo;Organisation mondiale de la sant\u00e9 (OMS) a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que le nouveau coronavirus s&rsquo;av\u00e8re exceptionnellement difficile \u00e0 arr\u00eater, alors que le nombre de cas approche les 20 millions avec plus de 700000 d\u00e9c\u00e8s au lundi 10 ao\u00fbt.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Dr Mike Ryan, directeur ex\u00e9cutif du programme d&rsquo;urgence sanitaire de l&rsquo;Organisation mondiale de la sant\u00e9, s&rsquo;exprimant lors d&rsquo;une conf\u00e9rence de presse \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve lundi, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que pour arr\u00eater compl\u00e8tement le virus, il \u00e9tait important d&rsquo;identifier o\u00f9 la barri\u00e8re homme-animal avait \u00e9t\u00e9 franchie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Ce virus s&rsquo;av\u00e8re extr\u00eamement difficile \u00e0 arr\u00eater<\/em>\u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Ryan, affirmant qu&rsquo;il \u00e9tait important de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 ce que l&rsquo;on sait du virus, en termes de facilit\u00e9 de propagation, de multiples modes de transmission et d&rsquo;existence d&rsquo;une transmission asymptomatique et pr\u00e9symptomatique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Ce n&rsquo;est ni un virus facile ni un virus facile \u00e0 d\u00e9tecter.&nbsp;Ce n\u2019est pas un virus facile \u00e0 arr\u00eater<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ryan a expliqu\u00e9 qu&rsquo;une enqu\u00eate \u00e9pid\u00e9miologique d\u00e9butera \u00e0 Wuhan, en Chine, car c&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que les premiers groupes de cas ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9tect\u00e9s, mais cela ne signifie pas n\u00e9cessairement que c&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que se trouvait le cas z\u00e9ro (le tout premier cas).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon le Dr Ryan, trouver \u00abCase Zero\u00bb permet de distinguer ce franchissement de la barri\u00e8re entre les esp\u00e8ces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Si l\u2019on suit&nbsp;&nbsp;les donn\u00e9es et la science, l\u2019on trouvera, esp\u00e9rons-le, le moment o\u00f9 la maladie a franchi la barri\u00e8re des esp\u00e8ces<\/em>\u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;\u00ab<em>Il est important que nous trouvions cela, car tant que la br\u00e8che animale-humaine n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9couverte, il y a toujours une chance que cette barri\u00e8re puisse \u00eatre franchie \u00e0 nouveau<\/em>\u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;Bien qu&rsquo;il soit important de trouver cette violation, cela peut prendre un certain temps, selon Ryan, car la violation de la barri\u00e8re pour le SRAS n&rsquo;a jamais \u00e9t\u00e9 compl\u00e8tement \u00e9tablie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Le monde est plus \u00e0 risque pour ces violations d&rsquo;esp\u00e8ces&nbsp;\u00bb,<\/em>&nbsp;a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Ryan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;<em>Nous faisons pression sur le syst\u00e8me biologique.&nbsp;Nous vivons dans un biome.&nbsp;&nbsp;Nous vivons dans un monde de biologie.&nbsp;&nbsp;Et nous cr\u00e9ons &#8211; cr\u00e9ons activement &#8211; les pressions qui poussent \u00e0 franchir ces barri\u00e8res<\/em>&nbsp;\u00bb, a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab<em>Et nous devons mieux g\u00e9rer les risques associ\u00e9s \u00e0 cela.<\/em>\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans certaines r\u00e9gions du monde, il est encore difficile, voire impossible, de se faire tester pour la Covid-19.
