C&rsquo;est \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide du braille, l&rsquo;\u00e9criture des non-voyants que l&rsquo;\u00e9tudiant a pu \u00e9crire sa th\u00e8se de doctorat de plus de 300 pages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Achille MOUGANG abordait les differents niveaux de protection du consommateur sur le terrain de la publicit\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il faut dire qu&rsquo;on a pas souvent eu des \u00e9tudiants non-voyants qui arrivent \u00e0 ce niveau d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes. C&rsquo;est un exploit qu&rsquo;il convient de saluer.
