Je ne m&rsquo;exprimerai pas sur le dossier et continuerai \u00e0 me battre pour d\u00e9montrer mon innocence\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> a tweet\u00e9 le chanteur pour la premi\u00e8re fois, depuis janvier 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u00ab\u00a0Le contr\u00f4le judiciaire est confirm\u00e9 par la chambre de l&rsquo;instruction. Les investigations vont se poursuivre\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> a confirm\u00e9 jeudi, son avocat Me Elise Arfi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette d\u00e9cision de la chambre de l&rsquo;instruction de la cour d&rsquo;appel de Paris, qui examinait jeudi un appel du parquet de Paris contre l&rsquo;ordonnance de lib\u00e9ration sous contr\u00f4le judiciaire de MHD a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise le 7 juillet par un juge des libert\u00e9s et de la d\u00e9tention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Suite \u00e0 cette ordonnance, l&rsquo;artiste avait \u00e9t\u00e9 lib\u00e9r\u00e9 le 16 juillet, \u00e0 l&rsquo;expiration de son mandat de d\u00e9p\u00f4t.
