L\u2019organe onusien charg\u00e9 de cette activit\u00e9 pr\u00e9occupante, a c\u00e9l\u00e9br\u00e9 ce lundi 16 novembre ses 70 ans d\u2019existence.<\/span><span id=\"ecxyui_3_16_0_1_1448881408143_4391\" class=\"\">\u2008<\/span><span id=\"ecxyui_3_16_0_1_1448881408143_4393\" class=\"\">L\u2019Unesco compte aujourd\u2019hui 195<\/span><span id=\"ecxyui_3_16_0_1_1448881408143_4395\" class=\"\">\u2008<\/span><span id=\"ecxyui_3_16_0_1_1448881408143_4397\" class=\"\">Etats-membres, qui s\u2019att\u00e8lent tant bien que mal \u00e0 promouvoir en leur sein respectif l\u2019\u00e9ducation, la science et la culture, et la protection du patrimoine mat\u00e9riel et immat\u00e9riel. <\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><span id=\"ecxyui_3_16_0_1_1448881408143_4397\" class=\"\">Et pour r\u00e9ussir a atteindre ces objectifs, chaque Etat membre \u00e9lu au Conseil a l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de proposer la ou les candidatures des hommes de culture et de science mondialement r\u00e9put\u00e9s et aptes \u00e0 conduire les programmes d\u00e9di\u00e9s. Dans le cadre de cette session anniversaire, le Cameroun a vu l\u2019un de ses nobles citoyens \u00eatre \u00e9lu audit Conseil Ex\u00e9cutif\u00a0: le philosophe Njoh Mouell\u00e9.<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"ecxyui_3_16_0_1_1448881408143_4399\" class=\"\"><span id=\"ecxyui_3_16_0_1_1448881408143_4401\" class=\"\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"ecxyui_3_16_0_1_1448881408143_4403\" class=\"\"><span id=\"ecxyui_3_16_0_1_1448881408143_4405\" class=\"\">Il faut rappeler ici que Njoh Mouell\u00e9 a d\u00e9j\u00e0 si\u00e9g\u00e9 au Conseil de l\u2019Unesco entre 1995-1999 alors qu\u2019il \u00e9tait encore Conseiller technique \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidence de la r\u00e9publique du Cameroun et du Pr\u00e9sident Biya. Il est connu par la majorit\u00e9 des citoyens camerounais comme \u00e9tant l\u2019auteur d\u2019un chef d\u2019\u0153uvre rest\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de 30 ana aux programmes des classes de terminales intitul\u00e9\u00a0: De la m\u00e9diocrit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019excellence. Il a occup\u00e9 de nombreux postes administratifs et politiques. C\u2019est surtout son entr\u00e9e en politique, dans le parti au pouvoir, qui lui a valu de nombreuses critiques les unes aussi s\u00e9v\u00e8res que les autres.<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"ecxyui_3_16_0_1_1448881408143_4407\" class=\"\"><span id=\"ecxyui_3_16_0_1_1448881408143_4409\" class=\"\">\u00a0<\/span><\/div>\n<div id=\"ecxyui_3_16_0_1_1448881408143_4411\" class=\"\"><span id=\"ecxyui_3_16_0_1_1448881408143_4413\" class=\"\">Malgr\u00e9 tout, il a toujours gard\u00e9 son \u00e9lan intellectualiste, en publiant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des ouvrages et des articles scientifiques, en participant aux conf\u00e9rences et en r\u00e9pondant quotidiennement aux nombreux internautes qui lui \u00e9crivent sur son site internet officiel. Son activit\u00e9 sur la toile depuis 2004, a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 la base d\u2019un ouvrage atypique initi\u00e9 par le jeune F\u00e9lix Mbetbo. Cet ouvrage titr\u00e9 \u00ab\u00a0le philosophe et le num\u00e9rique\u00a0\u00bb est un floril\u00e8ge d\u2019\u00e9changes du philosophe Njoh Mouelle avec ses internautes depuis la cr\u00e9ation de son site.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><span id=\"ecxyui_3_16_0_1_1448881408143_4413\" class=\"\"> Esp\u00e9rons que son \u00e9lection au Conseil Ex\u00e9cutif de l\u2019Unesco soit un moyen de promouvoir encore la culture du livre en milieu jeune au Cameroun.
