La cour a invit\u00e9 le gouvernement \u00e0 r\u00e9former la CEI.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le gouvernement ivoirien avait organis\u00e9 des discussions avec les partis de l&rsquo;opposition pour la recomposition de la Commission \u00c9lectorale Ind\u00e9pendante (CEI) entre le 21 janvier et le 26 juin 2019. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9forme de l&rsquo;instance en charge de l&rsquo;organisation de la future pr\u00e9sidentielle, le Parti D\u00e9mocratique de C\u00f4te d&rsquo;Ivoire (PDCI-RDA) a saisi la CADHP pour une CEI inclusive et impartiale. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mercredi, 15 juillet, la CADHP a donn\u00e9 son verdict sur la question. Dans son verdict, la CADHP a invit\u00e9 le gouvernement ivoirien \u00e0 r\u00e9former compl\u00e8tement la CEI pour \u00e9viter une autre crise dans le pays.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Juste apr\u00e8s ce verdict de la CADHP, le gouvernement \u00e0 travers son porte-parole, Sidi Ti\u00e9moko Tour\u00e9, a produit un communiqu\u00e9 dont le contenu semble dire le contraire des exigences de la cour africaine.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vous trouverez ci-dessous le communiqu\u00e9 int\u00e9gral du gouvernement<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Cour Africaine des Droits de l\u2019Homme et des Peuples a rendu ce jour, mercredi 15 juillet 2020, dans l\u2019affaire SUY BI GOHORE Emile et autres contre la R\u00e9publique de C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire, un arr\u00eat sur le fond dont seulement un r\u00e9sum\u00e9 est disponible sur son site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Cour Africaine des Droits de l\u2019Homme et des Peuples a estim\u00e9 que la Commission \u00c9lectorale Ind\u00e9pendante (CEI) issue de cette r\u00e9forme est compos\u00e9e de membres ind\u00e9pendants et impartiaux, que cette CEI est \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e dans sa composition et qu\u2019elle jouit d\u2019une ind\u00e9pendance institutionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Cour Africaine a \u00e9galement estim\u00e9 qu\u2019elle \u00ab n\u2019a constat\u00e9 aucune violation en ce qui concerne le droit de participer librement \u00e0 la direction des affaires publiques, ni en ce qui concerne la question de l&rsquo;\u00e9gal acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la fonction publique du pays \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Cour Africaine a par ailleurs d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que l\u2019Etat de C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire n\u2019a pas viol\u00e9 son obligation d\u2019ex\u00e9cuter l\u2019arr\u00eat qu\u2019elle a rendu le 18 novembre 2016, dans le d\u00e9lai imparti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Cour africaine est enfin parvenue \u00e0 la conclusion suivant laquelle les requ\u00e9rants n\u2019ont pas fait la preuve que la loi r\u00e9gissant la CEI ne r\u00e9pondait pas \u00ab aux normes pr\u00e9vues par les instruments pertinents relatifs aux droits de l&rsquo;homme auxquels l&rsquo;\u00c9tat d\u00e9fendeur est partie \u00bb.
