nomm\u00e9 Zhang, a \u00e9cras\u00e9 un bus rempli de passagers dans un r\u00e9servoir en Chine, quelques heures apr\u00e8s avoir d\u00e9couvert que sa maison avait \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9molie par le gouvernement, selon les m\u00e9dias chinois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon des rapports de police publi\u00e9s lundi, 21 personnes sont mortes et 15 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 bless\u00e9es le 7 juillet dans ce drame qui s&rsquo;est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 \u00e0 Anshun, dans la province pauvre du Guizhou dans le sud-ouest de la Chine. \u00c0 bord, se trouvaient des lyc\u00e9ens qui se dirigeaient au centre d&rsquo;\u00e9preuves du baccalaur\u00e9at chinois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sur des images de vid\u00e9osurveillance diffus\u00e9es par les autorit\u00e9s, le v\u00e9hicule change brutalement de trajectoire et traverse le sens de circulation oppos\u00e9 avant de d\u00e9foncer une barri\u00e8re de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de plonger dans un lac situ\u00e9 en contrebas d&rsquo;une petite pente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img  title=\"\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"480\" class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon la police d&rsquo;Anshun, dans la province du Guizhou, dans le sud-ouest de la Chine, 5 des 12 \u00e9tudiants qui se trouvaient dans le bus sont morts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon la police, Zhang a normalement commenc\u00e9 son travail \u00e0 midi, mais le jour de l&rsquo;incident, il a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 un autre chauffeur s&rsquo;il pouvait prendre sa place et commencer plus t\u00f4t.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon la police, juste apr\u00e8s 9 heures du matin, il a achet\u00e9 une bouteille de baijiu, un alcool chinois fort, avant de la verser dans un r\u00e9cipient en plastique qu&rsquo;il a bu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img  title=\"\" 200 ml de baijiu ont \u00e9t\u00e9 trouv\u00e9s par la police pr\u00e8s du lieu de l&rsquo;accident.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Juste avant l&rsquo;accident, Zhang a envoy\u00e9 \u00e0 sa petite amie un message vocal sur l&rsquo;application de messagerie WeChat, qui disait \u00ab\u00a0fatigu\u00e9 du monde\u00a0\u00bb.\u00a0\u00a0Avant de conduire l&rsquo;autobus dans le r\u00e9servoir, certains passagers ont vu de la bouteille de boisson en plastique sur le si\u00e8ge du conducteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le quotidien chinois, China Daily, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que Zhang avait lou\u00e9 la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 quand il travaillait dans une usine de moteurs diesel dans le district de Xixiu \u00e0 Anshun mais qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y avait pas v\u00e9cu depuis un certain temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les expropriations de terrains et les d\u00e9molitions de logements par des responsables locaux pour r\u00e9aliser des projets de d\u00e9veloppement constituent une source majeure de col\u00e8re et d&rsquo;instabilit\u00e9 en Chine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La police a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu&rsquo;il savait que la maison avait \u00e9t\u00e9 marqu\u00e9e pour d\u00e9molition dans le cadre d&rsquo;un \u00abprojet de reconstruction d&rsquo;un bidonville\u00bb et qu&rsquo;il avait demand\u00e9 une indemnisation et de nouveaux logements, mais bien qu&rsquo;il lui a \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9 10 360 $ pour avoir perdu la maison, il ne l&rsquo;a pas r\u00e9clam\u00e9 et il\u00a0\u00a0a refus\u00e9
