{"id":214406,"date":"2020-07-15T00:12:58","date_gmt":"2020-07-15T00:12:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/?p=214406"},"modified":"2020-07-15T00:16:35","modified_gmt":"2020-07-15T00:16:35","slug":"cote-divoire-election-presidentielle-2020-voici-ce-que-dit-le-decret-sur-le-parrainage-des-candidats","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/cote-divoire-election-presidentielle-2020-voici-ce-que-dit-le-decret-sur-le-parrainage-des-candidats\/","title":{"rendered":"C\u00f4te d&rsquo;Ivoire\/ Election pr\u00e9sidentielle 2020: Voici ce que dit le d\u00e9cret sur le parrainage des candidats"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>En C\u00f4te d&rsquo;Ivoire, un Conseil des ministres extraordinaire s&rsquo;est tenu ce lundi  13 juillet au palais pr\u00e9sidentiel. cette r\u00e9union a notamment vu la signature d&rsquo;un d\u00e9cret fixant les modalit\u00e9s d\u2019organisation de la collecte des signatures pour le parrainage en vue de l\u2019\u00e9lection du Pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ainsi, <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u00a0\u00bb pour chaque candidat \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle de 2020, les \u00e9lecteurs qui parrainent doivent \u00eatre issus de dix-sept (17) R\u00e9gions ou Districts et repr\u00e9senter au moins 1% de l\u2019\u00e9lectorat pour la R\u00e9gion ou le District concern\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, <\/em>a indiqu\u00e9 Sidy Tour\u00e9, dans le communiqu\u00e9 ayant sanctionn\u00e9 le conseil. Ce d\u00e9cret pr\u00e9voit, selon le porte-parole du gouvernement ivoirien, certaines r\u00e8gles concernant la collecte des signatures pour le parrainage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chaque candidature \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9lection pr\u00e9sidentielle doit d\u00e9signer un coordonnateur central et sera charg\u00e9 de centraliser les listes de signatures recueillies par R\u00e9gion et District autonome. Un collecteur r\u00e9gional et des collecteurs d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s devront \u00eatre \u00e9galement d\u00e9sign\u00e9s par le candidat. Le premier est  charg\u00e9 de centraliser les listes de signatures au niveau du District et de la R\u00e9gion, au nom et pour le compte de son mandant, le second charg\u00e9 de recueillir, au niveau du d\u00e9partement, de la sous-pr\u00e9fecture, de la commune ou du village, lesdites signatures. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enfin, obligation pour le candidat de mentionner les R\u00e9gions ou Districts autonomes o\u00f9 le parrainage a \u00e9t\u00e9 obtenu ainsi que le pourcentage d\u2019\u00e9lecteurs y ayant parrain\u00e9 la candidature.
