La d\u00e9cision a \u00e9t\u00e9 rendue publique mercredi par le procureur de la R\u00e9publique pr\u00e8s du tribunal de Boumerdes. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Abdelghani Hamel et son fils sont accus\u00e9s de plusieurs chefs d\u2019accusation, dont le d\u00e9tournement de foncier agricole, trafic d\u2019influence et abusde fonction. L\u2019ancien DGSN est condamn\u00e9 aussi \u00e0 payer une amende d\u2019un million de dinars, son fils, lui payera 500 000 dinars comme amende.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par ailleurs, l\u2019ex directeur des domaines de la wilaya de Tipasa, Bouamrane Ali et l\u2019ex-directeur de l\u2019industrie et des mines de la m\u00eame wilaya, Haddoud Abderrezak ont \u00e9cop\u00e9 d&rsquo;une peine de 5 \u00e0 10 ans de prison.
