Nous vous pr\u00e9senterons les risques encourus lorsqu\u2019on consomme abusivement de la viande rouge.<\/h2>\n<h3>\u00a0<strong>Les chercheurs de l\u2019universit\u00e9 de San Diego en Californie ont \u00e9tabli la corr\u00e9lation qui existe entre la consommation de la viande rouge, le sucre et le cancer.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>En effet, d\u2019apr\u00e8s les scientifiques, la race humaine est la seule parmi les \u00eatres vivants \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter un risque \u00e9lev\u00e9 de d\u00e9velopper un cancer lorsqu\u2019elle consomme de la viande rouge de mani\u00e8re excessive, alors que d\u2019autres carnivores ne pr\u00e9sentent pas ce risque. De plus ils ont d\u00e9couvert qu\u2019un sucre nomm\u00e9 acide N-glycolylneuraminique (Neu5Gc) pr\u00e9sent dans la viande rouge aurait un lien avec la canc\u00e9rogen\u00e8se dans l\u2019organisme.<\/p>\n<p>Signalons que ce sucre est aussi pr\u00e9sent dans d\u2019autres aliments comme les fruits, les l\u00e9gumes, le poisson, les \u0153ufs ou la volaille mais en tr\u00e8s faibles quantit\u00e9s. L\u2019auteur de l\u2019\u00e9tude le chercheur Ajit Varki reconnait que le Neu5Gc n\u2019est pas le seul responsable de cette maladie, mais son accumulation dans l\u2019organisme peut causer certains troubles de sant\u00e9 comme les\u00a0inflammations. En effet, quand ce sucre se retrouve dans l\u2019organisme, il produit des anticorps qui attaquent cette mol\u00e9cule \u00e9trang\u00e8re, provoquant alors une inflammation chronique. Cette inflammation se manifeste par une \u00e9mission de substances chimiques qui peuvent favoriser la prolif\u00e9ration des tumeurs.<\/p>\n<p>On peut donc conclure que\u00a0 \u00ab\u00a0lorsqu\u2019une personne consomme de la viande rouge r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>le Neu5Gc s\u2019accumule dans le corps, provoque des inflammations chroniques qui favorisent le cancer\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong>. Pour expliquer cette assertion, chercheurs ont fait consommer cette mol\u00e9cule de fa\u00e7on r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e \u00e0 des souris g\u00e9n\u00e9tiquement modifi\u00e9es. Les souris ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une inflammation chronique qui multipliait les risques de cancer par 5, plus pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment au niveau du foie o\u00f9 ce sucre s\u2019accumulait en grandes quantit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Le docteur Varki avoue que prouver l\u2019existence de ce m\u00e9canisme dans le corps humain va s\u2019av\u00e9rer une t\u00e2che bien plus difficile.
