Plusieurs organisations de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile d\u00e9noncent un hiatus entre le texte approuv\u00e9 par les Guin\u00e9ens lors du r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum du 22 mars dernier et le texte qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9 au Journal officiel le 14 avril 2020. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;D\u00e9linquance juridique&nbsp;\u00bb, voil\u00e0 ce dont souffre la nouvelle constitution d\u2019Alpha Cond\u00e9 selon le Barreau des Avocats. Alors qu\u2019elle fait toujours l\u2019objet de vives contestations dans la sph\u00e8re politique guin\u00e9enne, il apparait qu\u2019une \u00ab&nbsp;tromperie&nbsp;\u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9masqu\u00e9e, sans doute orchestr\u00e9e par le pouvoir de Conakry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comment comprendre que le texte approuv\u00e9 par les Guin\u00e9ens lors du r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum du 22 mars dernier n\u2019est pas le m\u00eame que celui publi\u00e9 au Journal officiel le 14 avril 2020&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se refusant \u00e0 un argumentaire quelconque du gouvernement, le Barreau des Avocats demande le retrait pur et simple de la Loi fondamentale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il s\u2019agit au total de 21 modifications dans cette Loi dont deux vivement reprouv\u00e9es par les juristes. D\u2019abord la possibilit\u00e9 pour des candidats ind\u00e9pendants de briguer des mandats \u00e9lectifs dispara\u00eet. C\u2019\u00e9tait une innovation du texte soumis \u00e0 r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum le 22 mars. Selon la nouvelle Constitution, il faut appartenir \u00e0 un parti politique et \u00eatre parrain\u00e9 par des \u00e9lecteurs pour \u00eatre candidat \u00e0 une \u00e9lection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Par ailleurs, le nouveau texte renforce les attributions du pr\u00e9sident, en le dotant des pouvoirs r\u00e9glementaires.
