Il a succomb\u00e9 des suites d\u2019une crise cardiaque\u00a0\u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon les informations re\u00e7ues, le lundi, le cinquantenaire Rapha\u00ebl Yanyi, avait pr\u00e9sid\u00e9 la deuxi\u00e8me audience sur l&rsquo;affaire Vital Kamerhe, Directeur de cabinet du Pr\u00e9sident F\u00e9lix Tshisekedi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vital Kamerhe et deux autres co-accus\u00e9s sont poursuivis pour le pr\u00e9sum\u00e9 d\u00e9tournement de 50 millions de dollars de fonds publics\u00a0destin\u00e9s \u00e0 la construction de logements sociaux. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A l&rsquo;issue de la derni\u00e8re audience retransmise sur la cha\u00eene d\u2019\u00c9tat RTNC, Yanyi Rapha\u00ebl avait renvoy\u00e9 le proc\u00e8s au 3 juin prochain.
