A l&rsquo;annonce de cette nouvelle, certains m\u00e9dias du pays auraient salu\u00e9 cette d\u00e9cision. En raison de la pand\u00e9mie du coronavirus, les deux amoureux n&rsquo;ont pas pu c\u00e9l\u00e9brer leur union comme il se devait. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"> La proposition de loi sur l&rsquo;union de deux personnes de sexe diff\u00e9rent est rentr\u00e9e en vigueur le lundi 25 mai, \u00e0 minuit. Dunia Araya et Alexandra Quiros ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les premi\u00e8res \u00e0 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de cette nouvelle loi. Cette serait mentionn\u00e9e dans le code de la famille dudit pays. Celle-ci avait donn\u00e9 18 mois pour l&rsquo;adoption de cette nouvelle loi, ce qui est maintenant fait. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Notons que le 9 janvier 2018, la Cour inter-am\u00e9ricaine des droits de l\u2019homme (Cour IDH), \u00e9manant de l\u2019Organisation des Etats am\u00e9ricains (OEA), avait exhort\u00e9 les pays de la r\u00e9gion \u00e0 modifier leur l\u00e9gislation pour reconna\u00eetre le mariage entre conjoints du m\u00eame sexe.
