Pourtant, le mandat d\u2019arr\u00eat \u00e9mis par la justice belge pour une affaire li\u00e9e \u00e0 la garde de sa fille entra\u00eenait de facto son inscription sur la liste des personnes recherch\u00e9es et interdites de quitter ce pays sans autorisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si donc l\u2019artiste malienne a pu quitter la France dans toute cette l\u00e9galit\u00e9 qu\u2019elle d\u00e9crit, l\u2019on pourrait tout bonnement se pr\u00eater \u00e0 croire une nouvelle version de la relation entre cette derni\u00e8re et la justice fran\u00e7aise. Comment en effet, serait-ce possible qu\u2019elle voyage jusqu\u2019\u00e0 atteindre le Mali, son pays d\u2019origine sans qu\u2019aucune force d\u2019Emmanuel Macron n\u2019ait pu l\u2019en emp\u00eacher&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fin mars dernier, la Cour d\u2019appel de Paris avait marqu\u00e9 son accord pour la remise de Rokia Traor\u00e9 \u00e0 la Belgique en application d\u2019un mandat d\u2019arr\u00eat europ\u00e9en cons\u00e9cutif au diff\u00e9rend qui oppose la chanteuse au p\u00e8re de sa fille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans l\u2019attente de son extradition vers la Belgique, elle avait d\u2019abord \u00e9t\u00e9 incarc\u00e9r\u00e9e pendant quatorze jours avant d\u2019\u00eatre lib\u00e9r\u00e9e et plac\u00e9e sous contr\u00f4le judiciaire avec interdiction de quitter le territoire fran\u00e7ais.
