Une nouvelle disposition vient changer l\u2019\u00e2ge du consentement sexuel qui passe d\u00e9sormais de 13 \u00e0 16 ans dans le but de mieux prot\u00e9ger les mineurs, a indiqu\u00e9 mardi le minist\u00e8re de la justice du Sud dans un communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La donne change. Les adolescents \u00e2g\u00e9s de 13 ans ou plus qui \u00e9taient l\u00e9galement reconnus comme capables d\u2019avoir une relation sexuelle consentie perdent ce droit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La nouvelle mesure vient en r\u00e9ponse aux nombreuses plaintes adress\u00e9es \u00e0 la justice lors qu\u2019il s\u2019est agit de d\u00e9fendre les droits de certaines filles viol\u00e9es \u00e0 cause de l\u2019ancienne loi. Se servant abusivement de cette derni\u00e8re, la justice sud-cor\u00e9enne a plusieurs fois \u00e9t\u00e9 accus\u00e9e de laisser libre cours aux d\u00e9linquants sexuels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une affaire de 2017 avait d\u2019ailleurs suscit\u00e9 l\u2019indignation. Un homme \u00e2g\u00e9 de 42 ans avait \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9clar\u00e9 non coupable du viol d\u2019une jeune fille de 15 ans sous pr\u00e9texte qu\u2019elle \u00e9tait consentante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Cor\u00e9e du Sud malgr\u00e9 ses avanc\u00e9es technologique et \u00e9conomique demeure une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 conservatrice et patriarcale.
