L&rsquo;Ong Amnesty International a d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 cette d\u00e9cision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La C\u00f4te d&rsquo;Ivoire a annonc\u00e9, mercredi dernier, sa d\u00e9claration de comp\u00e9tence \u00e0 la Cour africaine des droits de l&rsquo;homme et des peuples (CADHP). Cons\u00e9quence de cette d\u00e9cision, aucun citoyen, ou aucune Ong ne pourra d\u00e9sormais saisir cette haute juridiction en cas de violations ou d&rsquo;atteintes aux droits de l&rsquo;homme par la C\u00f4te d&rsquo;Ivoire. Pour Amnesty International, cet acte traduit manifestement le recul des droits de l&rsquo;homme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce \u00ab\u00a0retrait privera les particuliers et les ONGs ivoiriens d\u2019un recours judiciaire pr\u00e9cieux, lorsque leurs droits sont bafou\u00e9s et qu\u2019ils n\u2019ont pas r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 obtenir justice devant les tribunaux de leur propre pays\u00a0\u00bb, a \u00e9crit Alice Banens, conseill\u00e8re juridique pour l\u2019Afrique \u00e0 Amnesty International.
