C\u2019est dans le sommet Inde-Afrique qui s\u2019est tenu en Inde \u00e0 New Delhi que les autorit\u00e9s indiennes ont exprim\u00e9 leur profond d\u00e9sir de contribuer activement \u00e0 faire de l\u2019Afrique un continent industriellement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 en \u00e9nergie solaire. <\/p>\n

C\u2019est jeudi dernier, dans son discours, que le premier Ministre Indien Narendra Modi a invit\u00e9 les pays africains \u00e0 rejoindre les nations riches en \u00e9nergie solaire, pour endiguer le changement climatique. M. Modi a promis qu\u2019il fera cette annonce au sommet climatique de l\u2019ONU qui se tiendra \u00e0 Paris dans les toutes prochaines semaines.<\/p>\n

Le premier Ministre Indien a dit \u00ab Je vous invite \u00e0 rejoindre une alliance des pays riches en \u00e9nergie solaire, que j\u2019ai propos\u00e9 de lancer \u00e0 Paris le 30 novembre au moment de la r\u00e9union de la COP 21. Notre objectif est de faire de l\u2019\u00e9nergie solaire, une partie int\u00e9grante de notre vie et de l\u2019amener dans les villages et communaut\u00e9s qui, ne sont pas connect\u00e9s \u00bb<\/p>\n

Il faut dire que ce projet est une initiative qui entre dans une perspective de d\u00e9veloppement du continent Africain. Cette initiative sera une grande avanc\u00e9e dans le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019Afrique et permettra de r\u00e9duire la consommation de l\u2019\u00e9nergie que nous proposent certaines entreprises Europ\u00e9ennes. Peut-on dire que l\u00e0 o\u00f9 l’Europe et les Etats-Unis ont \u00e9chou\u00e9 et ont contribu\u00e9 au sous-d\u00e9veloppement de l’Afrique, l’Inde va t-il r\u00e9ussir?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
