Ces\nmutations auraient permis au virus de survivre et de s\u2019adapter aux r\u00e9sistances\nimmunitaires des autres populations.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Des chercheurs de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Cambridge ont tent\u00e9 de\nretracer les diff\u00e9rents chemins emprunt\u00e9s par le coronavirus pour se r\u00e9pandre \u00e0\ntravers le monde. De d\u00e9cembre \u00e0 mars, le docteur Peter Forster et son \u00e9quipe\nont trac\u00e9 l\u2019historique g\u00e9n\u00e9tique de l\u2019infection. Les r\u00e9sultats de leurs\nrecherches indiquent que, depuis le d\u00e9but de l\u2019\u00e9pid\u00e9mie, trois souches\ndiff\u00e9rentes de coronavirus ont contamin\u00e9 diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions du monde : le type\nA, le type B et le type C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le type A correspond au virus \u00ab originel \u00bb, observ\u00e9 sur des\nchauves-souris et transmis \u00e0 l\u2019homme par le pangolin. Il serait actuellement\npr\u00e9dominant en Australie et aux \u00c9tats-Unis. Selon les chercheurs, le type A\nn\u2019aurait, paradoxalement, pas \u00e9t\u00e9 le plus r\u00e9pandu en Chine et \u00e0 Wuhan. C\u2019est le\ntype B, un d\u00e9riv\u00e9 du premier type, qui a pr\u00e9domin\u00e9 dans le pays au d\u00e9but de\nl\u2019\u00e9pid\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enfin, le type C, la \u00ab petite-soeur \u00bb du type B, aurait\nd\u2019abord \u00e9t\u00e9 observ\u00e9 \u00e0 Singapour, foyer depuis lequel il serait arriv\u00e9 en\nEurope. Selon les premiers r\u00e9sultats de l\u2019\u00e9tude, le type C \u00e9tait le plus\nr\u00e9pandu en Europe, \u00ab celui qu\u2019on a trouv\u00e9 sur les premiers patients en France,\nen Italie, en Suisse et en Angleterre \u00bb.
