Cette requ\u00eate fait suite \u00e0 celle de la d\u00e9fense de Charles Bl\u00e9 Goud\u00e9, il y a quelques jours, souhaitant un rejet de l&rsquo;appel de la procureure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les avocats de Laurent Gbagbo viennent de poser une nouvelle requ\u00eate devant les juges. R\u00e9agissant au m\u00e9moire d&rsquo;appel de la procureure, Fatou Bensouda, la d\u00e9fense de l&rsquo;ex pr\u00e9sident ivoirien a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 sa r\u00e9ponse le 13 mars devant les juges. L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de Me Emmanuel Altit demande \u00e0 la Chambre d&rsquo;appel de rejeter la demande de la Procureure et de \u00ab\u00a0mettre fin imm\u00e9diatement \u00e0 toute mesure restrictive de libert\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour l&rsquo;avocat principal de Laurent Gbagbo, Fatou Bensouda et son \u00e9quipe sont incapables \u00ab\u00a0de prouver une quelconque erreur qu\u2019auraient commise les Juges\u00a0\u00bb qui ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de l&rsquo;acquittement de l&rsquo;ancien pr\u00e9sident ivoirien en Premi\u00e8re instance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Laurent Gbagbo et Charles Bl\u00e9 Goud\u00e9 jug\u00e9s pour crimes contre l&rsquo;humanit\u00e9, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 acquitt\u00e9s en f\u00e9vrier 2019 par les juges de la CPI.
