{"id":190754,"date":"2020-02-13T11:50:28","date_gmt":"2020-02-13T11:50:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/?p=190754"},"modified":"2020-02-13T12:08:15","modified_gmt":"2020-02-13T12:08:15","slug":"nigeria-le-nombre-de-victimes-de-la-fievre-de-lassa-augmente-considerablement","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/nigeria-le-nombre-de-victimes-de-la-fievre-de-lassa-augmente-considerablement\/","title":{"rendered":"Nigeria : Le nombre de victimes de la fi\u00e8vre de Lassa augmente consid\u00e9rablement"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La&nbsp;fi\u00e8vre de Lassa&nbsp;est une fi\u00e8vre h\u00e9morragique foudroyante provoqu\u00e9e par un arenavirus&nbsp;nomm\u00e9 virus Lassa, proche de l\u2019Ebola, d\u00e9couverte pour la premi\u00e8re fois en 1969 dans la ville de Lassa, dans l\u2019Etat de Borno au Nigeria. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elle se propage la plupart du temps par le contact avec des excr\u00e9ments de rongeurs qui vivent \u00e0 proximit\u00e9, voire \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur des habitations dans les zones d\u2019end\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au Nigeria, l\u2019\u00e9pid\u00e9mie de la fi\u00e8vre de Lassa continue de faire plusieurs victimes, car le nombre de d\u00e9c\u00e8s est pass\u00e9 \u00e0 70.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le rapport d\u2019Al Jazeera a indiqu\u00e9 que, six semaines apr\u00e8s le d\u00e9clenchement de l\u2019\u00e9pid\u00e9mie, le nombre de victimes a grimp\u00e9 et que, cette semaine, huit nouveaux d\u00e9c\u00e8s dus \u00e0 la fi\u00e8vre de Lassa avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 signal\u00e9s dans trois \u00c9tats, jeudi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab&nbsp;Quatre nouveaux travailleurs de la sant\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 touch\u00e9s dans les \u00c9tats d\u2019Ondo, Delta et Kaduna&nbsp;\u00bb, a indiqu\u00e9 le NCDC (Centre national de lutte contre les maladies), l\u2019agence nig\u00e9riane responsable de la gestion des \u00e9pid\u00e9mies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elle a inform\u00e9 que le nombre de cas suspects avait \u00ab&nbsp;consid\u00e9rablement augment\u00e9&nbsp;\u00bb par rapport \u00e0 la situation \u00e0 la mi-janvier, passant de plus de 700 \u00e0 1 708.
