Un communiqu\u00e9 officiel provenant de la pr\u00e9sidence de la\nCour Supr\u00eame du pays de Kagam\u00e9 a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que 47 (quarante-sept) juges ont \u00e9t\u00e9\nd\u00e9mis de leur fonction en quatorze ans, dans la perspective d\u2019une politique de\nlutte contre la grande tare de la gouvernance.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">C\u2019est effectivement dans le cadre d\u2019une\ngrande op\u00e9ration de purge de la justice au Rwanda que 47 (quarante-sept) juges\nont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9voqu\u00e9s entre 2005 et 2019, selon un document officiel transmis \u00e0 la\npresse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le pr\u00e9sident de la Cour supr\u00eame du\npays d\u00e9clare dans le document, qu\u2019une nouvelle dynamique a \u00e9t\u00e9 engag\u00e9e dans le\ncercle judiciaire depuis 2005. Elle consiste \u00e0 tenir compte de toutes les\naccusations de corruption port\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019endroit des juges pour mener des enqu\u00eates\ndans le but de r\u00e9tablir la justice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ainsi le syst\u00e8me est ouvert \u00e0 traiter chaque fois que des all\u00e9gations\nde corruption sont port\u00e9es contre les juges et plusieurs juges sont licenci\u00e9s\nou sanctionn\u00e9s chaque ann\u00e9e pour ce d\u00e9lit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le Rwanda a un syst\u00e8me judiciaire \u00e0 quatre niveaux qui\ncomprend les cours de magistrat, les cours sup\u00e9rieures, les cours d&rsquo;appel et la\nCour supr\u00eame qui est la plus haute cour du pays.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le pouvoir judiciaire rwandais a d\u00e9cid\u00e9ment embarqu\u00e9 pour une aire anti-corruption.
