L\u2019ins\u00e9curit\u00e9 est devenue un mal quotidien pour une population d\u00e9sabus\u00e9e qui n\u2019a plus confiance en ses forces de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de l\u2019ordre. Les contr\u00f4les r\u00e9guliers sont pr\u00e9sents, mais plut\u00f4t tourn\u00e9s vers les v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 usage de transport avec l\u2019espoir de gagner quelques billets. Du racket d\u00e9nonc\u00e9 mais qui poursuit son chemin. Une image de la corruption qui tra\u00eene ses pas au Gabon. C\u2019est ainsi qu\u2019on assiste \u00e0 des crimes passionnel ou rituel, des r\u00e8glements de compte, des braquages, des viols sans que l’on ne constate une diminution du nombre de ces actes. C’est dans cette m\u00eame vison des faits que les habitants de Libreville ce sont r\u00e9veill\u00e9s avec un corps d\u00e9capit\u00e9 \u00e0 Pompidou et la t\u00eate d’une jeune fille dans une d\u00e9charge \u00e0 Mindoub\u00e9.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0 C’est une journ\u00e9e d’horreur \u00e0 Libreville, la capitale gabonaise\u00a0\u00bb s\u2019exclame un t\u00e9moin de la sc\u00e8ne<\/p>\n

En effet c\u2019est \u00e0 6heures du matin que les habitants de Libreville d\u00e9couvre le corps d\u00e9capit\u00e9 d’une jeune femme, \u00e0 Pompidou, dans le 1er arrondissement de Libreville, ensuite, c\u2019est une t\u00eate de femme qui sera retrouv\u00e9e en milieu de matin\u00e9e, \u00e0 la d\u00e9charge de Mindoub\u00e9, dans le 5\u00e8 arrondissement.<\/p>\n

Pour le moment, l’on ignore s’il s’agit de la t\u00eate de la victime d\u00e9couverte le matin. Une enqu\u00eate a \u00e9t\u00e9 ouverte.<\/p>\n

Tout le pays est sous le choc. Pour la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile gabonaise, il s’agit d’un crime rituel et d’une d\u00e9couverte macabre de trop.<\/p>\n
