Elle avait \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9e le 16 d\u00e9cembre \u00e0 Harare (Zimbawe), pour tentative d\u2019assassinat de son mari, fraude et blanchiment d\u2019argent.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apr\u00e8s trois semaines de d\u00e9tention provisoire, la Haute Cour d\u2019Harare a ordonn\u00e9 la lib\u00e9ration  de Marry Mubaiwa. Cette lib\u00e9ration lui vaut le versement d\u2019une caution de 50.000 dollars zimbabw\u00e9ens (2.500 euros), la confiscation de son passeport et l\u2019obligation de pointer deux fois par semaine au poste de police.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Elle est poursuivie pour avoir transf\u00e9r\u00e9 en 2018 et 2019 environ un million de dollars am\u00e9ricains de ses comptes du Zimbabwe vers des banques sud-africaines \u00ab en cachant ou en maquillant leur v\u00e9ritable utilisation \u00bb, en violation du contr\u00f4le des changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon l\u2019acte d\u2019accusation, elle est \u00e9galement soup\u00e7onn\u00e9e de tentative de meurtre pour avoir retir\u00e9, en juillet 2019, un cath\u00e9ter et une perfusion du bras du g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Chiwenga, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque hospitalis\u00e9 en Afrique du Sud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Marry Mubaiwa, 38 ans et ancien mannequin devra compara\u00eetre devant la justice zimbabw\u00e9enne le 14 janvier, mais la date de son proc\u00e8s n\u2019a pas encore \u00e9t\u00e9 rendue publique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Constantino Chiwenga est un g\u00e9n\u00e9ral d&rsquo;arm\u00e9e et homme d&rsquo;\u00c9tat zimbabw\u00e9en, commandant des Forces de d\u00e9fense du Zimbabwe jusqu&rsquo;en 2017.
