Pour autant, ce qui\nest contestable \u00e0 nos yeux, ce sont les pr\u00e9textes et raisons avanc\u00e9s pour\nexpliquer ou justifier cette volont\u00e9 du gouvernement des Etats-Unis\u2009\u00bb, a\nd\u00e9clar\u00e9 R\u00e9n\u00e9 Emmanuel Sadi, le ministre camerounais de la communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon M. Sadi, le gouvernement camerounais est fond\u00e9 \u00e0\ndire que ces raisons invoqu\u00e9es pour justifier la d\u00e9cision envisag\u00e9e des\nautorit\u00e9s am\u00e9ricaines ne correspondent gu\u00e8re \u00e0 la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 des faits sur le\nterrain. Elles proc\u00e8dent, de l\u2019avis du gouvernement, \u00ab\u2009soit\nd\u2019une ignorance ou d\u2019une m\u00e9connaissance de la situation r\u00e9elle, telle qu\u2019elle a\npr\u00e9valu et pr\u00e9vaut encore dans le Nord-Ouest et le Sud-Ouest, soit d\u2019une\nvolont\u00e9 d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9e d\u2019ignorer cette r\u00e9alit\u00e9\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le 31 octobre 2019, le pr\u00e9sident am\u00e9ricain Donald Trump a\npris la d\u00e9cicion de retirer d\u00e8s le 1er janvier 2020 le pays de&nbsp;Paul BIYA&nbsp;des\npays b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires des avantages de la loi sur la Croissance et les\nperspectives \u00e9conomiques en Afrique (AGOA)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ce retrait du Cameroun des pays b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires de l\u2019AGOA\ns\u2019explique selon&nbsp;Donald Trump&nbsp;par les violations ind\u00e9niables des\ndroits de l\u2019homme dans le pays. Mais le porte-parole du gouvernement estime\ncontestable les motifs justificatifs mis en avant par&nbsp;Donald Trump&nbsp;pour\nexpliquer sa
