Il est aussi indiqu\u00e9 de relire l\u2019annonce et de faire le point sur la candidature. Toutes ces informations conduiront \u00e0 plancher sur la pr\u00e9sentation. Le candidat doit r\u00e9diger sa pr\u00e9sentation et le r\u00e9citer comme un texte de th\u00e9\u00e2tre. Cela donne le sentiment  de ma\u00eetriser l\u2019entretien, pas de le subir. Enfin, pr\u00e9parez trois ou  quatre questions \u00e0 poser au recruteur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>#2 Le candidat doit se valoriser<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dans le cas o\u00f9 le profil du candidat ne correspond pas exactement au job, le postulant devra s&rsquo;attendre \u00e0 ce que ces \u00ab\u00a0faiblesses\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0soient mises sur la table par le recruteur.  Toutefois, cela ne doit pas d\u00e9stabiliser le candidat. S&rsquo;il est arriv\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;entretien, cela veut dire qu&rsquo;il a du potentiel et une chance de d\u00e9crocher cet emploi.  Cette singularit\u00e9 doit plut\u00f4t \u00eatre un atout. Il devra alors mettre en avant ses capacit\u00e9s d\u2019adaptation et d\u2019apprentissage. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>#3 Le candidat doit changer son regard<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour  aborder le t\u00eate-\u00e0-t\u00eate sereinement lors de l&rsquo;entretien d&#8217;embauche,  le candidat doit montrer qu&rsquo;il a une certaine connaissance du job auquel il postule et laisser le recruteur se rendre compte que le job pla\u00eet vraiment au candidat. Pour sa part, le recruteur n\u2019est pas l\u00e0 pour juger  votre personnalit\u00e9, mais pour savoir si vous collez au poste pour lequel il recherche un employ\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>#4 Le candidat doit se mettre en situation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Avant l&rsquo;entretien, le candidat devra r\u00e9p\u00e9ter face \u00e0 un ami ou un proche son parcours et son CV. Il faudra aussi s&rsquo;exercer \u00e0 r\u00e9pondre aux questions pi\u00e8ges. Sans doute c&rsquo;est une bonne id\u00e9e pour anticiper ce qui attend le candidat lors de l&rsquo;entretien d&#8217;embauche. Le candidat peut aussi s&rsquo;entra\u00eener  seul face au miroir en enregistrant&nbsp;: c\u2019est id\u00e9al pour  travailler la gestuelle et l&rsquo;\u00e9locution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>#5 G\u00e9rer la logistique<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour  vous \u00e9viter des moment de stress, le candidat devra une heure avant, pr\u00e9parer tout \u00e0  l\u2019avance. La veille de l&rsquo;entretien, la candidat devra mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9 la tenue qu&rsquo;il portera. Il devra aussi v\u00e9rifier l&rsquo;heure et l\u2019adresse du lieu de rendez-vous,  ainsi que le nom de son interlocuteur. Qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;oublie pas non plus de checker son itin\u00e9raire&nbsp;! Ce qui lui permettra de ne pas arriver en retard,  en transpirant et d\u00e9coiff\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>#6 Le candidat doit \u00eatre confiant<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un dernier conseil avant d\u2019y aller c&rsquo;est d&rsquo;\u00eatre d\u00e9tendu. Dans la salle d\u2019attente, il ne faudra pas relire le CV une derni\u00e8re fois. Ne pas faire un sc\u00e9nario catastrophe de l\u2019entretien. Le candidat doit avoir confiance en lui et rester calme. Pas la peine de jouer au super assur\u00e9 si \u00e7a n\u2019est pas le cas&nbsp;: Cela se ressentira rapidement une fois install\u00e9.
