Lib\u00e9r\u00e9 le 1<sup>er<\/sup> f\u00e9vrier,\u00a0l\u2019ex chef d\u2019Etat ivoirien est soumis \u00e0 de nombreuses conditions dont son avocat demande la lev\u00e9e. Ma\u00eetre Emmanuel Altit juge ces conditions arbitraires. Aucun texte de la Cour n\u2019impose en effet une telle situation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour l\u2019avocat, les conditions impos\u00e9es \u00e0 Laurent Gbagbo l\u2019emp\u00eachent de participer \u00e0 la campagne\u00a0pour la pr\u00e9sidentielle 2020, voire \u00e0 se porter candidat. Une hypoth\u00e8se, pr\u00e9cise n\u00e9anmoins l\u2019avocat sur ce dernier point.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La d\u00e9fense de Monsieur Gbagbo reproche \u00e0 la Cour de\nl\u2019emp\u00eacher \u00ab&nbsp;de participer \u00e0 la vie publique de son pays&nbsp;\u00bb, notamment\nparce qu\u2019il ne peut se rendre en C\u00f4te d\u2019Ivoire. Or Laurent Gbagbo pourrait\nquitter la Belgique, mais seulement apr\u00e8s en avoir obtenu l\u2019autorisation de la\nCour. Et \u00e0 ce jour, ses avocats n\u2019ont jamais d\u00e9pos\u00e9 une telle demande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si tel \u00e9tait le cas, les juges pourraient alors demander\nl\u2019avis de l\u2019\u00c9tat ivoirien qui jusqu\u2019ici ne s\u2019est jamais prononc\u00e9 clairement sur\nla question devant la Cour. Mais le bureau du procureur s\u2019y oppose, jugeant\nqu\u2019il pourrait prendre la fuite avant que ne soit tranch\u00e9 l\u2019appel sur son\nacquittement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La procureure doit remettre son m\u00e9moire \u00e0 la Cour la\nsemaine prochaine. Les avocats de Laurent Gbagbo et Charles Bl\u00e9 Goud\u00e9,\nco-accus\u00e9 et ancien ministre lui aussi acquitt\u00e9, auront jusqu\u2019au 16 d\u00e9cembre\npour y r\u00e9pondre. &nbsp;\n\nDes audiences seront\nensuite organis\u00e9es, avant que la chambre n\u2019entame son d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9. Un d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9\nqui, comme c\u2019est d\u2019usage \u00e0 la CPI, devrait prendre plusieurs mois.
