Dans le Congo des factions rebelles comme en Cote d’Ivoire qui cherche un souffle, au Lib\u00e9ria comme en Afrique du Sud, au Nigeria comme au Cameroun sous l’emprise de Boko Haram, le viol des femmes et des enfants est devenu une arme de guerre et un crime trop banal\u2026trop banalis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
