{"id":169401,"date":"2019-09-10T15:07:20","date_gmt":"2019-09-10T15:07:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/?p=169401"},"modified":"2019-09-10T15:13:16","modified_gmt":"2019-09-10T15:13:16","slug":"le-rwanda-met-en-circulation-des-bus-adaptes-aux-handicapes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/afrikmag.com\/var\/www\/vhosts\/afrikmag.compublic_html\/le-rwanda-met-en-circulation-des-bus-adaptes-aux-handicapes\/","title":{"rendered":"Le Rwanda met en circulation des bus adapt\u00e9s aux handicap\u00e9s"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le transport public au Rwanda est d\u00e9sormais plus pratique\npour les handicap\u00e9s avec la mise en circulation de nouveaux bus \u00e9quip\u00e9s\nd&rsquo;installations pour les infirmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La F\u00e9d\u00e9ration rwandaise des coop\u00e9ratives de transport (RFTC) a achet\u00e9 11 bus en provenance de la Chine qui sont con\u00e7us pour permettre aux handicap\u00e9s de monter \u00e0 bord sans aide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La RFTC a investi 1 milliard de francs rwandais pour piloter\nce projet, mais l&rsquo;objectif ultime est d&rsquo;allouer plus de ressources et de desservir\nl&rsquo;ensemble du pays. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u00ab&nbsp;Nous voulons que les handicap\u00e9s commencent \u00e0 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de transports publics conviviaux et accessibles dans l&rsquo;ensemble du syst\u00e8me de transport public&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>, a soulign\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident du conseil d\u2019administration de Jali Holdingd Ltd, Louis Dodo Twahirwa, vendredi, \u00e0 l&rsquo;occasion de l\u2019inauguration de ces bus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Selon le ministre des Infrastructures, Clever Gatete, la politique et la strat\u00e9gie des transports publics sont mise en place pour assurer des services de transport public universel \u00e0 tous les citoyens, quels que soient leurs \u00e2ges, leur sexe, leur caste, leurs croyances et leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 exercer des activit\u00e9s dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>\u00ab&nbsp;Ces efforts devraient \u00e9galement garantir l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 tous les modes de transports pour les personnes infirmes \u00e2g\u00e9es&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em>, a-t-il soulign\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La vision du gouvernement est d&rsquo;aider les soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de\ntransport public existantes, \u00e0 court, moyen et long terme, \u00e0 atteindre le\nniveau de service requis pour les syst\u00e8mes de transport public interurbains,\nruraux, internationaux et urbains. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Actuellement, le secteur des transports contribue pour\nenviron 7% au PIB et repr\u00e9sente 15% du total des prestations de services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cr\u00e9dit photo&nbsp;: mininfra<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le transport public au Rwanda est d\u00e9sormais plus pratique pour les handicap\u00e9s avec la mise en circulation de nouveaux bus \u00e9quip\u00e9s d&rsquo;installations pour les infirmes.
