Il devait \u00eatre mis en examen pour meurtre ce vendredi, dans le cadre d\u2019une ouverture d\u2019information judiciaire.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Souffrant de schizophr\u00e9nie, le presque trentenaire a fait l\u2019objet d\u2019une hospitalisation sous contrainte dans un \u00e9tablissement psychiatrique peu de temps apr\u00e8s le meurtre.<\/p>\n<p>\u00abL\u2019enqu\u00eate confi\u00e9e \u00e0 un juge d\u2019instruction devra \u00e9valuer son niveau de responsabilit\u00e9 p\u00e9nale au moment des faits\u00bb, pr\u00e9cise une source judiciaire. Le jeune homme avait consomm\u00e9 de l\u2019alcool et des stup\u00e9fiants. L\u2019autopsie a r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 qu\u2019il avait port\u00e9 131 coups de couteau \u00e0 sa m\u00e8re.
