Par ailleurs l\u2019appel lanc\u00e9 par Paul Kagame \u00e0 l\u2019Afrique pour d\u00e9finir son propre cours, rejetant la validation de l\u2019Occident, fait partie des \u00e9tapes n\u00e9cessaires vers l\u2019autod\u00e9termination.<\/p>\n<p>En septembre 2018, le pr\u00e9sident ghan\u00e9en a aussi lanc\u00e9 \u00e0 Washington DC \u00ab\u00a0l\u2019Ann\u00e9e de retour au Ghana 2019\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0 permettant aux personnes d\u2019ascendance africaine de la \u00ab diaspora de voyager \u00e0 destination et en provenance du pays \u00bb sans entrave. Un groupe de c\u00e9l\u00e9brit\u00e9s afro-am\u00e9ricaines ont retrouv\u00e9 leurs racines au Ghana. Nombre d\u2019entre eux, en l\u2019honneur de leurs anc\u00eatres, ont visit\u00e9 le ch\u00e2teau des esclaves d\u2019El Mina.<\/p>\n<p>Le Ghana a \u00e9norm\u00e9ment profit\u00e9, non seulement en termes de change, mais aussi en fa\u00e7onnant le discours sur le panafricanisme.
