En effet, depuis le 1<sup>er<\/sup> ao\u00fbt 2019, selon une nouvelle loi, les mendiants sont oblig\u00e9s de payer une somme de 23 euros comme taxe pour avoir un permis de mendier valable trois mois.<\/p>\n<p>Selon Ouest-France et The Guardian, il faut, pour obtenir ce permis, une carte d\u2019identit\u00e9 et un formulaire d\u00e9livr\u00e9s dans un commissariat ou en ligne. Sans ce permis, le mendiant paiera une amende de 372 euros.<\/p>\n<p>Une d\u00e9cision qui a cr\u00e9\u00e9 la pol\u00e9mique dans le pays.<\/p>\n<p>Thomas Lindroos de l\u2019organisme de charit\u00e9 de Stadmission, lui craint notamment que les gangs criminels puissent en profiter pour avancer les frais du permis aux mendiants avant de leur r\u00e9clamer des remboursements exorbitants.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019id\u00e9e n\u2019est pas d\u2019entraver la mendicit\u00e9 mais de permettre aux associations ou aux services d\u2019aide sociale d\u2019entrer en contact avec les personnes vivant de la mendicit\u00e9 (\u2026) pour les aider \u00e0 rentrer dans leur pays\u00a0\u00bb, a justifi\u00e9 un adjoint social-d\u00e9mocrate.<\/p>\n<p>Situ\u00e9e \u00e0 100 kilom\u00e8tres de Stockholm, la capitale su\u00e9doise, la ville d\u2019Eskilstuna regroupe des roms de Roumanie et Bulgarie qui pratiquent la mendicit\u00e9 depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Sandra Kohet<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Les mendiants de la ville d\u2019Eskilstuna, dans l\u2019ouest de la Su\u00e8de ne pourront plus mendier sans autorisation.
