C’est une affaire qui ne cesse de susciter des commentaires sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux. Un habitant de Banyuls-sur-Mer dans les pyr\u00e9n\u00e9es-Orientales a vu son compte bancaire approvisionn\u00e9 de 177.000 euros par erreur. C’est en notant le num\u00e9ro IBAN du bon b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire que l’erreur a \u00e9t\u00e9 commise par le banquier.<\/p>\n

C’est une erreur qui risque de co\u00fbter cher \u00e0 cette entreprise. Tr\u00e8s vite, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 s\u2019est rendue compte de sa bourde, sommant le b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire de rembourser la somme\u2026Mais l’homme reste introuvable depuis qu’il a constat\u00e9 que l’argent est vir\u00e9 dans son compte bancaire.<\/p>\n

D’apr\u00e8s l’Independant<\/em>, les jours passent et l’homme reste totalement introuvable. Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, les responsables ne voient aucun euro arriver sur le compte de l’entreprise. Au regard de la difficult\u00e9 dans laquelle la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 se trouve, une saisie est envisag\u00e9e\u2026<\/p>\n

Mais c’est une initiative qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise tardivement. D’apr\u00e8s les enqu\u00eates, il ne reste plus rien sur le compte bancaire du b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire.\u00a0 Ce dernier reste introuvable et il n’a m\u00eame pas laiss\u00e9 la moindre adresse !<\/p>\n

Cependant, l’homme a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9cemment condamn\u00e9 par d\u00e9faut \u00e0 10 mois de prison ferme par le tribunal correctionnel de Perpignan, il a l’obligation de s\u2019acquitter de sa dette. Mais jusqu’\u00e0 ce jour du 9 ao\u00fbt 2019, l’homme n\u2019a toujours pas \u00e9t\u00e9 retrouv\u00e9. Peut-\u00eatre il serait d\u00e9j\u00e0 plus loin que l’on ne l’imagine puisqu’il a les moyens de se d\u00e9placer partout dans le monde.<\/p>\n
