Les changements stipulent \u00e9galement qu&rsquo;un p\u00e8re ou une m\u00e8re peut \u00eatre le tuteur l\u00e9gal d&rsquo;un enfant.<\/p>\n<p>En d\u00e9pit des nouvelles lois, les femmes sont toujours confront\u00e9es \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres restrictions dans le royaume conservateur. Elles ne peuvent toujours pas transmettre la citoyennet\u00e9 \u00e0 leurs enfants et ne peuvent pas donner leur consentement au mariage de leurs enfants.
